Client Brief
Our client in the Barn Hill conservation area of Wembley wanted to remove a load-bearing wall to create a modern, open-plan kitchen with more space for new kitchen units and a granite worktops.
We provided structural drawings and calculations, managed the building control process, and installed a structural steel beam to safely remove the internal wall. The kitchen was fully renovated with fitted Wren Kitchen units, Stone World granite worktops, and floor tiling.

The project was completed on time and within budget, with full building control approval. The client was extremely pleased with the new open-plan layout and high-quality finish.
