Client Brief
Our client in Ealing wanted to modernise their home by removing both a load-bearing wall and a chimney breast to create a more open and functional living space. They were looking for a full-service solution covering design, approvals, and construction.
We carried out detailed structural drawings and calculations for the safe removal of both the wall and chimney breast. Our team handled the entire building control submission and approval process. Once approved, we completed the structural work on-site, removing both elements and installing the necessary steel beams in line with the design.
Structural plans and calculations, building control management and approval, removal of internal wall and chimney breast, steel beam supply and installation, and coordination with building control through to final sign-off.
The project was delivered efficiently and in full compliance with building regulations. The client was extremely pleased with the newly opened space and the smooth delivery from design to construction.
