Client Brief
Our client in Southgate, Enfield wanted to open up their kitchen by removing a load-bearing wall and modernising the space with new floor finishes and underfloor heating.
We provided full structural design and calculations, secured building control approval, and safely removed the internal wall with a structural steel beam installation. The renovation included floor tiling and the installation of Fastwarm electric underfloor heating for a clean, comfortable finish.
